a. Take immediate action to correct the pest problem to your satisfaction at no additional charge. We will respond the same day if you call our office before noon. Or by the end of the next business day if you call between noon and 5:00 PM, or your next month's service is free.

b. Follow-up services will be scheduled as determined by the presence of the following:
3 or more cockroaches......weekly until resolved.
2 or more mice......weekly until resolved.
1 or more rats (inside or out)......every other day until resolved.
c. if we do not solve a recurring pest problem to your satisfaction, Gotham will, at your request, refund all monies paid under the current contract for up to one year.
d. Gotham Pest Control will meet with any state county or city regulatory agency to help your business be in compliance with all local authorities by providing advice, knowledge, experience, and service.

Gotham's Quality Assurance Department will assist you through the intervention and negotiation with the Health authorities to resolve any compliance matter related to pest infestation...at NO CHARGE.
You are always fully protected by this GUARANTEE when you are actively participating in the program, as outlined in the Client Satisfaction Procedures and Conditions.
CLIENT SATISFACTION PROCEDURES & CONDITIONS
You are entitled to the benefits of Gotham Guarantee, providing that payment of all Gotham invoices is current and that you are in compliance with Gotham's "Good Housekeeping Standards" and any supplemental recommendations as provided by Gotham.
- Call or fax the local Gotham office, which services your account for any covered pest sightings requiring immediate attention.
- Any claims for the next month's free service for failure by Gotham to respond within 24 hours must be made by fax or mail within 48 hours by the client.
- Should Gotham Fail to solve any recurring, covered pest problem to your satisfaction and you wish to cancel the agreement and/or request a refund, the client must notify Gotham of its intent to cancel as outlined in our addendum "Provisions for Cancellation During First Year."
- Gotham Pest Control will meet with any state county or city regulatory agency to help your business be in compliance with all local authorities by providing advice, knowledge, experience, and service.
- Infestation definitions for cockroaches and rodents are as follows: Rodents (rats or mice) - more than 2 rodents per 1,000 square feet of the facility. Cockroaches - more than 2 groups (or clusters) per 1-,000 square feet of the facility. A group or cluster is defined as 20 or more roaches in a 2 square foot area.
